Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend/public holiday, ship the next working day.

2. Delivery timelines

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch, in most serviceable locations.
• Express delivery: next-day in most metro areas, where available at checkout.

These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can occasionally take longer due to courier delays, weather, or remote locations.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the items in your cart, quantity, and delivery pincode, and is always shown before you pay at checkout — never added afterward.

4. Bulk and wholesale orders

Orders above 50 pieces are treated as bulk/wholesale and aren't available through standard online checkout — our wholesale team arranges freight and delivery separately for these, with tiered pricing and consolidated invoicing.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email, and you can check live status any time from Track order or your account's order history.

6. Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@tissuebee.com or +91 99445 50574 with your order number — we'll investigate with our courier partner and make it right, per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Serviceable areas

We currently ship across India. If a pincode isn't serviceable, this is shown at checkout before you pay.
