1. About TissueBee

The payment integration and processing on TissueBee runs through a Weorex account with PayU — Weorex is the technology partner powering TissueBee's checkout and payment infrastructure. TissueBee does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials; these are collected and processed directly by PayU under its own security and compliance standards.

By completing a payment, you also agree to PayU's own terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms.

6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, and your rights to cancel, return, or seek a refund are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — both form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the TissueBee name and logo, product photography, descriptions, and site design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TissueBee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question.

9. Governing law
